Kalimantan, a region on the island of Borneo shared by Indonesia and Malaysia, is renowned for its diverse oud varieties. While most of the island lies within Indonesia, each area offers a distinct fragrance profile. Our luxurious variety is sourced from the Pontianak forest in northwest Kalimantan, near the Malaysian border. This oud features a sweet, incense-floral aroma remarkably similar to the prized Malaysian Sarawak oud.
